I organized a month-long filmmaking challenge inspired by the 48 Hour Film Festival format, bringing together local actors and screenwriters to create Gyoza. It's the story of a young line cook who uses his grandmother’s gyoza recipe to win over his boss. As producer, I oversaw every stage from pre-production through post, and collaborated closely with the director to craft a color grade that elevated the film’s location-driven aesthetic. Gyoza went on to win the festival’s Audience Choice Award.
