I organized and produced a month-long filmmaking challenge inspired by the 48 Hour Film Festival format, collaborating with local actors and screenwriters to create the short film Gyoza. The film follows a young line cook who uses his grandmother’s gyoza recipe to win over his boss. Serving as producer, I oversaw the project from pre-production through post-production and worked closely with the director to craft a color grade that elevated the film’s location-driven aesthetic. Gyoza went on to win the festival’s Audience Choice Award.
